Mountain Golf Course

For – or more appropriately Fore! – a great mountain neighborhood that is above town, but still below Mt. Rose Highway, the Mountain Golf Course subdivision may be the ideal choice.

The snow at this elevation (approximately 7,000 feet) is moderate. There are many cul-de-sacs in the neighborhood and most homes back up to the golf course, which makes it on par with any of the other fantastic Sierra communities in Incline.

In this very quiet area there are moderately priced homes and condos. Home prices vary from $800,000 up to $5.75M. There are approximately 149 single-family homes in this neighborhood.
