Central Incline

While most people would call the Championship Golf Course area the real “central” location in Incline Village based on the town’s true borders, this subdivision is centered in and around the town. Thus, the name is very apropos.

From this neighborhood, all the amenities are close. One can quickly walk to the beach, to the store, the coffee house, the movie theater, or to dinner. With the highest concentration of condominium developments, buying in this neighborhood might not take a bite out of your wallet either.

While many complexes are older, most have been renovated, with new roofs, siding and landscaping, so the area has maintained a fresh look without new construction and the higher property prices that come with it.

Snowfall is minimal to moderate, and being the main area of town, snow removal is prompt and thorough.
