Mill Creek

This is bar none the best neighborhood in all of Incline Village and the greater Lake Tahoe area. We are of course biased – and joking – when we say that because this is where we both live. All humor aside, with its forested large lots and relatively flat surface, and its proximity to town, the Hyatt, the beach, and restaurants, this subdivision is flowing with opportunity.

It consists of 276 parcels averaging .35 acre in size and sits at an average elevation of 6,225 feet.

Thanks to redevelopment and new construction, this neighborhood has experience substantial appreciation in North Lake Tahoe real estate market.  Older homes have been torn down and replaced with spacious, new luxury homes.  It’s not unusual to see a $3 million estate next to an older 1970’s ranch-style bungalow.

This area consists of mostly single-family homes, with a few condominiums located across from the Hyatt (999 Lakeshore, 1000 Lakeshore, Country Club Mall and Village at Incline) and a Planned Unit Development (Country Club Villas).

The price range in this section of Incline Village range from $400,ooo up to $5.5M.
